From First Beat to Final Mix Complete iMusic Tier 1 & Tier 2 in Just 2½ Weeks August 5–20, 2026 Turn your passion for music into real production skills in this immersive summer experience. Over the course of just 2½ weeks, students progress from learning the fundamentals of digital music production to creating polished, professional-quality tracks using industry-standard software and techniques. Tier 1: Creative Launchpad Perfect for beginners, Creative Launchpad introduces students to the exciting world of digital music production using Ableton Live. Participants explore beat-making, songwriting, recording basics, sampling, and music industry fundamentals while developing their own original song. The program culminates with students showcasing their completed track and celebrating their creative accomplishments. Tier 2: Production Lab Students then take their skills to the next level in Production Lab, where they learn advanced production techniques, including recording live vocals and instruments, creative sampling, mixing, and mastering. Working independently and collaboratively, participants produce a professional-quality original song while gaining valuable insight into the music industry through studio experiences and career-focused tours.
