Family Fun for Youth Wranglers
For years now, Juneteenth has been a weekend of revelry for our community in Portland.
From the Juneteenth Community Festival at Lillis Albina Park, to the 8 Seconds Rodeo at Memorial Coliseum, to dozens of other programs and activations, Black Portlanders have leaned into emancipatory jubilee.
As 1803 Fund carries forward our own tradition of freedom and intentional togetherness in Lower Albina, we're excited to host a Juneteenth Rodeo Experience for young wranglers in The Low End.
Join us for:
• Rodeo-themed games & activities
• Face painting
• Family photo opportunities
• Community fellowship and fun for all ages
Our strongest communities are built when intergenerational communities have space to be. That's what we're creating in our neighborhood-one activation, one conversation, and one family at a time.
Saddle up, and bring your folks down to the block.
