The Analytics Analyst III is an experienced analyst who independently performs complex data analysis, develops dashboards, and delivers actionable insights. This role translates business needs into analytical solutions and supports decision making across functional areas. The role helps develop reporting and analytics solutions, translates complex data into clear audience-appropriate insights, and serves as a data steward to maintain reliable analytics foundations.

Under general supervision, performs waived, moderate or high complexity laboratory tests for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment of disease. Performs maintenance, basic troubleshooting and repairs of laboratory equipment. Runs and evaluates quality control testing to ensure equipment is functional prior to patient testing. Responsible for the overall direction and management of the operations (technical performance, personnel, education, training, and administrative functions) of a single non-tertiary Hospital Laboratory and associated patient centers/branch laboratories; coordination of activities with other areas of the organization and with internal and external customers to ensure that financial, regulatory, and quality standards are met. Work closely with Director and Medical Director regarding decisions on matters relating to patient care, technical performance, quality and finances. Must be able to travel on a regular basis.

May assist with maintenance, basic troubleshooting and repairs of laboratory equipment. After one year direct clinical laboratory experience, may be delegated to serve in the role of “General Supervisor” for highly complex testing.
